Our Story
We are a church of imperfect people serving a perfect God. Our church is not based on what you wear, how much money you have, titles or accolades, but for the whosoever will. Our foundation of this truth is Jesus Christ. We preach and teach the word of God in order that all may see the love of God and understand he loves us no matter who we are or what we have done. It is through our faith in Jesus Christ that allows the Holy Spirit to work in and through us to love God first and then to love others.
Matthew 22:37-40: 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Why Give?
“So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.” – 2 Corinthians 9:7
We sincerely thank you for your giving. It has allowed us to be a blessing to others. It’s because of your giving, we have been able to provide blankets to cancer patients, socks to Veterans, meals at a local woman’s shelter and provide meals for Thanksgiving & Christmas to families needing help.
